The 2019 Mt. Carmel Vineyard Pinot Noir from Kosta Brown displays a complex, and quite spicy bouquet of spiced blue plum, fresh black cherry, crushed pink peppercorn, sweet cinnamon stick, hints of milk chocolate, and finishing off with a hint of dried hay. Gorgeous in the glass with a medium brick-ruby core and a neon purple rim, the long finish is accompanied by gorgeous acidity, sweet crunchy tannins, and a medium to full body. Give this another 2 years in the bottle before enjoying as it needs some time to come together and then enjoy it over the next decade or more.
