The 2021 Victor Francis Pinot Noir from Paul Lato displays a glorious shimmering medium ruby core with a fluorescent purple rim. On the nose, you are greeted with aromas of wet pine forest, sea breeze, crunchy wet stones, ripe red raspberry, bitter herbs, and dandelion flower. Medium levels of sweet rounded tannins pair perfectly with the balanced acidity to produce a silky smooth mouthfeel and a lovely red and blue-fruit-forward finish. Highly recommended.
