The 2013 La Rinconada Pinot Noir is an absolutely gorgeous showing, elegant and classy with bright aromas of raspberries, strawberries and hints of cranberries followed by spices, dried floral and a touch of orange peel. The beautiful texture is structured around fine, silky tannins and backed by a wonderful touch of acidity keeping it fresh and inviting all the way through the finish. Gavin Chanin has clearly become one of the best winemakers in Santa Barbara County, if not all of California, and this La Rinconada Pinot Noir is a wonderful example of his wine making style.
