The 2010 Fay Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a fantastic showing which is just beginning to develop some lovely aged characteristics. It begins with inviting aromas of blackberries, dark cherries, violets, spices and hint of tobacco all taking shape. Full-bodied and layered with a soft, plush texture that makes it completely inviting now. It displays wonderful balance and depth, ending with a long, spice-tinged finish. Overall, a fantastic wine which still has a long future ahead.
