The 2021 Pandemonium Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and sports a dark purple core with a brickish rim in the glass. Black plums, blackberry puree, cassis, old leather, and just a hint of tar are present on the nose. Black licorice and sour cherry tones hit the palate while it finishes with crunch tannins and a bitter herb finish. 2300 cases were made.
