There is a lot to like with this 2013 Estate Syrah from Niner. This wine begins with aromatics reminiscent of red cherry, anise, cranberry puree and hints of orange rind. There are rich flavors of cherry syrup, coffee grounds, cassis and hints of tar. This demonstrates excellent structure, depth and persistence through the finish. (Best 2016-2022) - July, 2016 (OB)
