The 2019 Zinfandel 1910 Block is a mostly Zin at 99% Zinfandel and 1% Petite Sirah from a single block of the estate. A fantastic nose of boysenberry compote, grilled plums, dried tangerine peel, sweet baking spice, and fresh violet flowers. The color glows in the glass - medium neon ruby. It’s perfectly balanced and in a few years, this is really going to shine. Tannins are chalky but not overpowering and the incredible blue and red fruit finish goes on for ages. My favorite of the Limerick Lane lineup and one I highly recommend, Enjoy this one for the next 12-15 years. 12 barrels produced.
