This cool vintage sparkling wine is largely comprised of Pinot Noir and saw extensive barrel aging before bottling. Bright pear and marzipan tones combine with Marcona almond infused brioche accents fill the nose. The palate has gorgeous weight and tension with a light saline character that runs through the core of the wine. Fresh and lively, the 2011 'Anniversary Cuvée' will offer a drinking window that spans close to a decade.
