Definitely more richness on the nose and on the palate than the 2020 Savory, it showcases a bright neon ruby core with a watery rim in the glass. Aspects of blue raspberry and freshly crushed dark cherry, alongside a hint of sassafras and lemongrass, create a wine rich in depth and character. Gobs of acidity, sticky tannins, and a medium body give way to a lengthy and fruit-forward finish. Better in 2023.
