The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc was aged 100% in stainless steel prior to bottling. Displaying nice citrus rind and grassy elements as well as unripe pear. The Semillon beautifully rounds out this wine as flavors green papaya, pear and citrus rind flavors continue to shine through the fresh finish.
