This 100% Cabernet Franc bottling shows red bell pepper, mocha and sagebrush aromatics that build in the glass. The palate shows a really good mouthfeel and texture. Black tea, anise, creme de cassis and red bell pepper flavors all connect nicely. This is an excellent effort.
