The 2014 Pamplin Cabernet Sauvignon is a fantastic effort from this excellent estate. Deep dark fruits connect with earthy undertones on the nose. The palate is plush and highly structured, unveiling dark cherry compote, milk chocolate and roasted date flavors. This is downright delicious now but has a long life in the cellar.
