ARDOR CELLARS Mourvèdre, Boushey Vineyard 2016

This Mourvèdre was aged 19 months in used French oak prior to bottling. It starts off with aromas of smoked brisket, black tea, black olive tapenade and black cherry. The palate shows a wonderful mouthfeel and blackberry pie, bramble and black tea with smoked duck. This has good viscosity and will cellar well for a decade.
