Once aroused, this yields bright aromatics of wet stone, bacon fat, cigar ash, and red currant jelly with citrus rind undertones. The palate has a soft mouthfeel and a beautiful texture. Round and generous, this delivers copious dark and red fruits with lighter chocolate and wet stone tones that build on the palate. Delicious now, this will cellar well over the five to seven years.
