It is no surprise that Dr. Kit Singh has made a Bordeaux style white wine after his time spent with DeLille Cellars. The nose shows bright starfruit, lemon zest, kiwi and white pepper accents. The palate shows a good minerality, with kiwi, stafruiit, lemon and gooseberry, mimicking the palate.
