The 2017 Lower East Cabernet Sauvignon is typically a blend of 75-80% Cabernet Sauvignon, with the remainder Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It is aged on a small percentage of new French oak. The nose brings black plum, dark chocolate, incense and toasted baking spices. High acidity and a gorgeous mouthfeel round out this medium to full bodied wine. It’s an excellent wine for the price point. Enjoy over the next 7-8 years.
