The most popular wine of Januik, this 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Merlot delivers bright fresh notes of boysenberry, black plum, milk chocolate and purple flower petals. Tannins are expressive but integrated and the acidity frames the bright black and blue fruit flavors with secondary characteristics of dried rhubarb, lemon peel, green peppercorn and tar. A wonderful wine for the money.
