A tropical nose of fresh mango and a hint of dried banana frame a delicious Bordeaux Blend that comprises 78% Sauvignon Blanc and 22% Sémillon that is aged sur lie for six months, giving it a rich and full mouthfeel and complex structure. On the palate the dried banana flavor persists along with Meyer lemon, sliced honeydew melon and some freshly chopped herbs. 615 cases produced.
