A touch of residual sugar on this wonderful Riesling from Efeste will make this a go-to bottle to grab anytime when enjoying spicy Asian food. Beautiful fragrant on the nose that delivers ripe green apple, fresh apricot, honey-coated almonds and just a touch of petrol which will become more prominent with bottle age. It is slightly off-dry on the palate showing high acidity and flavors of honeydew melon, lime citrus and some Asian five spice.
