This wine is new to me. The M100 is crafted by the father and son team of Fidelitas - Charlie and Will Hoppes and is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The beautiful nose of crushed boysenberry, dried clay, vanilla bean, and orange zest merges wonderfully with the dried blueberry and scorched earth notes you get on the mid-palate. A lovely wine for the price point!
