Checking in at 87% Grenache and 13% Syrah, the 2020 Wonderland saw about 50% whole cluster during fermentation and was aged for 17 months in 19% new French oak. Lovely Grenache notes of fresh rose, red cherry, bitter herbs, and olive brine explode from the glass and onto the palate. It’s stunning in the glass, boasting a medium glimmering ruby core with a bluish rim. It finishes with a floral and bitter herb note on the back palate. 387 cases produced.
