Resting for 15 months in 100% new French oak barrels, the 2022 Halo Reserve Sauvignon Blanc from Dossier is a full-bodied, powerful beast that deserves some attention. This isn’t your mother’s Sauv B, this one sports a golden apricot core with a neon silver rim and explodes with aromas of peach candy, crushed gooseberries, fresh pineapple, powdered canela, and cedary herbs. Yellow peach and nectarines dominate the full-bodied and lush palate. Finishing long, it literally goes on for minutes. Highly recommended.
