DOSSIER Viognier, Columbia Valley ‘Flagship’ 2022

Aged sur lie for 14 months in French Oak with 35% being new. A stunning golden-orange core with a light lemony rim in the glass, it boasts notes of yellow peach, ripe apricot, honey, and tons of orange blossom aromas that pop on the nose. A touch of ginger spice and fresh pineapple sits on the palate. Full-bodied, lush, and waxy across the tongue, it finishes with mouthwatering acidity and a toasted white chocolate note. 342 cases made. Highly recommended.
