A lovely Merlot-dominant blend at 84%, with the rest being Cabernet Franc, the 2021 Valery brings out lovely notes of sliced red cherries, mountain strawberries, blue plum skin, crushed wet gravel, and scorched cedary herbs. A heart of fine-grained tannins and energetic acidity mix things up on the long-lasting finish. Another beautiful Valery from Avennia!
