ALLEROMB 'Cuvée B' 2012

This offers wonderful value in Washington blends. It is a 60/40 blend of Cab to Merlot. Aged 23 months in 50% new French oak 500L puncheons, the wine begins with aromas of red bell pepper, anise, baking spices and red cherry with dill accents. This leads to flavors of anise, black cherry, red bell pepper, and hints of dark chocolate. Balanced and wonderful minerality to this wine. (Best 2016-2026) - February, 2016 (OB)
