The 2012 Rasa 'The Composer' Riesling is a brisk and bright release from Rasa Vineyards. Weighing in at 1.6% residual sugar, the wine was sourced from the Dionysus Vineyard and the Bacchus Vineyard. The wine opens wiht arom aromas of Granny Smith apple, green papaya and unripe pear. This leads to flavors of Gravenstein apple, peach pit and wet stone with bright acidity.
