Sourced from the Lawrence and Stillwater Creek vineyards, the Syrah was aged 19 months in 36% new French oak prior to bottling. This wine has deep aromas of cherry pie, smoked pork shoulder, black olive and dried sage. There are flavors of black cherry, black olive, blackberry pie and anise. Lovely concentration and weight from this great, ripe vintage. (Best 2016-2025) - April, 2016 (OB)
