The 2012 Cadence 'Coda' is an appealing blend of 33% Cabernet Franc, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot and 9% Petit Verdot. This beautiful red wine opens with a bouquet of ripe blackberry, roasted figs, and black currant essence. The palate is lithe and highly polished, currently displaying flavors reminiscent of black cherry, black tea, mocha, black plum with leather and sagebrush suggestions that sit alongside firm tannins.
