Sourced from the esteemed, The Benches Vineyard, this opens with a bright bouquet of unripe pear, lemon zest, pink grapefruit blossom and cut grass. The Pinot Gris shows wonderful minerality with medium weight flavors of Pazzaz apple, vanilla, white peach and a hint of Key Lime zest.
