Sourced from the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, Syncline’s Cinsault is a translucent, medium-body, ruby wine that beautifully showcases the McKinley Springs Vineyard. The nose offers up crushed gravel, lilac, and strawberry. It checks in at an appropriate 13.1% alcohol, and the palate gives a harmonious blend of mineral and fruit. The floral overtones show themselves from beginning to end. The 100% Cinsault finishes with gentle tannins that move towards the back end of the palate at the finish.
