The Cabernet was aged 22 months in French oak (Taransaud, 80% new). This polished wine opens with aromas of red cherry, dill and anise. There are flavors of blackberry, anise and great acid structure. The wine is a delight to drink right now but can also cellar for another decade. (Best 2016-2025) - December, 2015 (OB)
