The 2015 Raconteur White Wine is sourced from a blend of vineyards and is primarily Chenin Blanc (75%) from Stone Ridge Vineyard with 25% Grüner Veltliner from Underwood Mountain Vineyard. The Chenin Blanc was 100% stainless fermented while the Grüner Veltliner was barrel fermented. As this opens it releases aromatics of beeswax, white peach, and cantaloupe. There are ripe flavors of green papaya, unripe banana, melon and nectarine elements all taking shape on the palate as well. (Best 2017-2022) - April, 2017 (OB)
