Sourced from the Yakima Valley, this begins with ripe aromas of black tea, blackberry cobbler and black olive. There is wonderful balance and blackberry pie flavors shine. Over time this displays lovely secondary flavors of black olive tapenade and milk chocolate with suggestions of bulls blood.
