The 'Union Gap' Red Wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec. It opens with deep aromatics of black cherry, cassis, anise and mocha. There are flavors of black cherry, blackberry preserves, Earl Grey tea and mocha. The wine glides through seamlessly on the mid-palate, having a silky mouthfeel and velvety texture.
