Sourced from one of the great vineyards in the state for white wine, the 2017 Block Wines Semillon begins with a bouquet of smoke, wet stone and cantaloupe. The palate shows good astringency as the wine reveals bright vanilla cream, honeydew melon and Pink Lady apple flavors. Beautifully balanced and showing some good range, this is an outstanding wine made by the talented hands of Morgan Lee. Enjoy this in the short-term while the bright acidity truly shines.
