This Chardonnay is sourced from Bob’s Ranch, which is a 25-acre vineyard in the Petaluma Wind Gap, first planted in 2007 and was purchased by Walt in 2014. The wine itself delivers a nose is reminiscent of lemon oil, vanilla cream and butterscotch. The palate shows wonderful richness with a tremendous texture. Lemon oil, vanilla cream, and butterscotch flavors echo through with lovely minerality and texture on the finish.
