This wine comes from a very small, 1 acre, vineyard located in the town of Occidental in the Green Valley. Lively aromatics of Meyer lemon oil, oak, pineapple and Granny Smith apple all come together and burst from the glass. On the palate this is beautifully textured with a wonderful range of flavors including red delicious apple, Asian pear and vanilla blossom with a slight grassy character. A lovely effort which should continue to develop over the next few years. (Best 2016-2024) - March, 2016 (OB)
