Husch vineyards has been planting Pinot Noir in Anderson Valley since 1971, with small batch meticulous, hand-harvested winemaking with less than 3000 cases were produced. The 2014 Pinot Noir is Sourced from 6 vineyards spanning the Anderson Valley and offers fresh, vibrant aroma jumps out of the glass of fresh picked strawberries, cola and red raspberries. The palate is lush, smooth and follows with similar vivid, bright red fruits with subtle earth and ripened cherries at midpalate. Well balanced acidity with the fresh fruit profile makes this quite appealing and ready to drink now. (Best 2016-2021) - December, 2016 (DJH)
