The 2021 Dynamite with a Laser Beam from Aaron Pott is a well defined and focused Pinot Noir. The fruit comes from Elswick Vineyard, one of the coolest climates in California. The wine itself is drop-dead gorgeous. Bright and remarkably fresh with raspberry, dark cherries, and red berries followed by blood orange, ripe plum, exotic spice, cured meat, tobacco and spring flowers which leap from the glass. This shows wonderful balance and purity that attacks the palate with great freshness, vibrant acidity and structured tannins. The finish is long, supple and elegant . A beautiful Pinot Noir that will only continue to evolve over the next decade. Drink now with extended air contact of cellar for 3-5 years.
