Every year I wait for the release of the Domaine Serene Grace Vineyard Pinot Noir and the 2021 vintage is spectacular. Boasting a medium glistening ruby-blue core with a light pink rim in the glass it saw a small portion of new French oak barrels for 16 months during aging. A gorgeous color in the glass with a shimmering neon ruby-blue core and a raspberry rim, this phenomenal Pinot is elegant, delicate, and rich at the same time. Red and black raspberry nuances, combined with Blood orange peel, white tea, cedary herbs, and new leather tones speak for themselves. Rounded across the palate, it is perfectly balanced with no rough edges to be found. 764 cases made. Highly recommended and editor’s choice.
