This stunning Pinot Noir rests 17 months in 60% new French oak barrels and completely destemmed during fermentation. A lovely nose of dried blackberry, black cherry, purple violets, dried Thanksgiving herbs and milk chocolate is impressive. The warm vintage leads to a more fruit-forward wine on the palate but still completely in balance. The mid-palate delivers a lovely herbaceous note that pairs perfectly with the fruit and earthiness of the wine. 707 cases produced.
