The AVA series from Ken Wright is back with scrumptious wines in 2021. In the glass, you are treated to a glimmering medium ruby core with a light pink rim and bountiful aromas of macerated strawberry, red cherry, lemon verbena, dried thyme, and just a touch of watermelon essence. Tannins are on the high side but are well balanced with the racy acidity and the medium to full-bodied mouthfeel. What an incredible bottle of wine for the price point.
