The first vintage of the Furioso Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Wine, the Spirito is an incredible wine that deserves some attention. It spends 33 months en tirage with just a touch of dosage. Delicate mousse dances on the tongue alongside notes of green apple, baked brioche, honeysuckle, and lemony citrus. It’s a refreshing, stunning wine that makes me incredibly excited about what is to come from the sparkline wine program of Furioso. Only 141 cases produced.
