Advanced Sommelier Wesam has hit it out of the park with his 2021 vintage of Du Coeur wines. The 2021 Domaine Danielle Laurent Pinot Noir spent 9 months in 15% New French Oak and is crafted from Pommard, 115, 667, and 777 clones. With a glistening medium ruby-blue core with a silvery rim in the glass, you are immediately engulfed by ripe blue blum, blueberries, crushed cedary herbs, sweet vanilla bean, Earl Gray tea, and ground white peppercorn on the nose. A bit savory and herbaceous on the finish leaves you with a wet-tilled earth note on the mid-palate.
