Resting in neutral oak for 12 months, then the entire cuvée was blended in stainless steel tanks to age on the fine lees for 6 months before bottling. An expressive nose of lemon curd, fresh pineapple, tropical fruit, and a touch of brioche welcome the senses while the palate dances with flavors of dried apricot, blanched almonds, and a hint of papaya. Medium-high acidity, medium body and a fruit-forward finish complete the wine.
