This limited production wine was crafted by winemaker Chris Peterson. It begins with a powerful, intoxicating nose which really drives this seductive bottling as aromatics of black tea, star jasmine, dried sage and blueberry compote all come into play. The palate shows a silky texture and wonderful mouthfeel which is deep and rich backed by a wonderful combination of blue and dark fruits along with herbal elements that round out this gorgeous wine. It remains silky and rich through the finish, this is an absolute delight already and should also go on to have a fantastic evolution.
