Parvata, meaning ‘Mountain’ in Sanskrit, is a GSM blend from Red Mountain AVA that contains 57% Mourvèdre, 25% Syrah and 18% Grenache. The wine sees 25% new French oak and 100% native yeast fermentation. An orchestra of blueberry, blackberry, lilac and Asian spice fill the nose. As the wine hits your palate, you are encompassed by a perfectly balanced mélange of huckleberry, dried thyme, beet root and baking chocolate that melds perfectly with the textured tannins followed by a length that goes on for several minutes.
