A Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend, with small amounts of Merlot and Petit Verdot added, is aged for 22 months in 75% new French oak barrels. Bramble, cassis, baked plum and charred cinnamon notes are present in the glass, complemented by its gorgeous deep ruby-purple color. Flavors of dark-fruit, graphite, pencil shavings, and wild sage complement the palate. The acidity dominates the finish and you might do well to cellar your bottles for a few years before enjoying. 275 cases produced.
