A lovely bottle of Chardonnay that has been aged for 10 months in 30% new French oak, the 2021 Optik delivers incredible value for the price point. Aromas of dried banana, toasted anise, lemon pudding, and toasted brioche spill from the glass. The palate is all honey-coated yellow peach and marzipan with a long and focused finish.
