This gorgeous Pinot Noir comes from the Bien Nacido vineyard, which has been owned by the Miller family since the 1970's. In the 80's Jim Clendenen started to buy from Bien Nacido and by the 90's they were planting custom blocks. This has a classic Pinot nose with aromas of bright red fruits, sweet berries, dark soil tones, and exotic spices, along with violet and rose pedal which jump from the glass. On the palate the wine is focused, pure and refined with a core of fresh fruit. It remains focused and balanced as it heads into the amazing finish. (Best 2016-2026) - June, 2016 (MD)
